5 events by :digital brainstorming to present the swiss version of the creative commons licences.
creative commons is a nonprofit organisation that offers a flexible range of protections and freedoms for authors and artists. they have built upon the "all rights reserved" of traditional copyright to create a voluntary "some rights reserved" copyright.
the group openlaw translated the us-licences and adapted them to swiss law. a member of openlaw will talk about swiss copyright and creative commons.
afterwards, members of the netlabels adozen.org and alpinechic will talk about their experience with creative commons and play concerts.

:digital brainstorming organise une série de 5 événements pour le lancement de la version suisse de creative commons.
creative commons s'investit pour une application du droit d'auteur favorable aux artistes : par des licences modulaires à l'enseigne de "some rights reserved" -entre "copyright strict" (all rights reserved) et "domaine public" (no rights reserved)- les artistes peuvent déterminer dans quelles conditions légales ils ou elles souhaitent publier leurs œuvres et quels droits de reproduction et d'utilisation ils ou elles entendent concéder.
les juristes d'openlaw ont adapté les licences au droit suisse et lancent, par cette série de manifestations, la version helvétique de creative commons.
dr. christian laux, membre fondateur d'openlaw, présentera ces licences au public. dans une seconde partie, les membres des netlabels adozen.org et alpinechic relateront leurs expériences faites avec creative commons, puis se produiront en live.

creative commons setzt sich für eine künstlerfreundliche anwendung des urheberrechts ein: mit modulartigen lizenzen unter dem motto "some rights reserved" - zwischen strengem copyright (all rights reserved) und public domain (no rights reserved) - können künstlerinnen bestimmen, unter welchen rechtlichen bedingungen sie ihre werke veröffentlichen und weiter verwendbar machen wollen.
die juristen von openlaw haben die lizenzen ans schweizer recht angepasst und lancieren mit dieser veranstaltungsreihe die schweizer version von creative commons. in einem zweiten teil sprechen anwenderinnen über ihre erfahrungen mit creative commons.
vortrag und diskussion mit openlaw und den netlabels alpinechic und adozen.org. anschliessend konzerte.
